Back-to-school warm up. My drawing instructor brought a lot of fun dollar store things for us to draw a set up with. I got this wicked wooden stamp set with a pink ink pad. Kick freaking ass.
It was a fun exercise. :)

I also did one in macaroni but I didn’t get to finish, so that’ll probably never make it on my blog.

I bought some coloured ink yesterday! I’ve only ever used black but now I have yellow and purple. :)

I don’t really use ink much, so I was just kind of playing around. Eventually I saw something in my scribbles and just went for it. I like the bottom half better.

I’ve never realised how hard it is to find piano-related cards. There’s no “piano-teacher to student” section at Hallmark (I didn’t actually look for one, I’d love it if I was wrong). So I decided to make these cards I got as a gift a few years ago into holiday cards. :)
Just a little ink and markers and BAM! Suddenly, they’re Christmas-appropriate.
